We have trampolines, an inflatable tumble track, various soft play gymnastics floors to practice key skills like cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, back walkovers, back handsprings, vaulting, bars, beam and more!

Offering games prizes and challenges for all abilities, this holiday camp welcomes children at all levels 3yrs to 16yrs old.

Summer Term 2017

We have classified our classes as follows: Tumblies 1 & 2, Springers, Bouncers, Bouncers Improvers, Jumpers, Jumpers Improvers and Twisters, all classes are based more on ability than age, so please contact Susi for more information.

All our gymnasts are assessed at regular intervals and as their abilities develop, they will have the opportunity to move on to the next class.

Tumblies 1 & 2 - Saturdays 11.45am and 12.30pm held at Haverstock School
These are our junior beginner classes where we teach through stories, songs and games and is a really fun lesson where we start the structure of training. There are many important first lessons, like turn taking and fun interaction. On the technical side, all the shapes, rolls and movements are directly related to gymnastics moves. It is the most exciting class as results of training come almost immediately. These 4 classes are based primarily on age.

Springers - Saturdays 1.15pm held at Haverstock School

Our Tumblies progress to our Springers class once they have started mastering the basic gymnastics moves, again turn taking and fun interaction feature strongly in this class as do mastering  progressions for gymnastics moves.

Bouncers - Mondays 5.30pm, Tuesdays 5.15pm held at The Village School and Saturdays 2.15pm held at Haverstock School
This class also leads with fun games, but the stretches and progressions for moves are much more obvious. Experience with apparatus has a strong part to play. These kind of exercises at this age are crucial in building body awareness, control and thus confidence.

Bouncers ImproversSaturdays 3.15pm held at Haverstock School

There is more emphasis on progressions in this class, gymnasts are growing in confidence through strength conditioning, which assists in mastering the more technical gymnastic elements.
Jumpers - Mondays 6.30pm held at The Village School and Saturdays at SHHS 1pm
In this class the gymnasts are working with shapes progressions for moves like cartwheels and tick tocks. The children are getting a real grounding for the sport.

Twisters - Mondays 7.30pm held at The Village School and Saturdays at SHHS 1pm
This class is all about consolidating progressions into skills. The classes are much more structured, designed to increase skill, strength, flexibility and stamina ready for more advanced skills, and there are drills to help children find their potential. We strive to have a very good teacher to pupil ratio so each gymnast receives the coaching they need to fulfil their potential.

Junior and Senior Squad classes – Tuesdays from 6.30pm - 8.30pm and Saturdays from 9am - 1pm

These classes are invite only. Gymnasts should be able to complete different elements in order to be invited to join these classes which are directed on a more challenging route. New gymnasts would need to be assessed before being invited to join these classes.
