About us
All our coaches are British gymnastics qualified and DBS checked. Our head coach Des Aspill, has taught for over twenty years and is committed to providing a quality course of gymnastics encompassing general gymnastics. We are currently teaching in many schools in the Hampstead and Camden area. Every year we come together to participate in our Tekne Festival, held at Haverstock School, giving our gymnasts the opportunity to show their skills in a gymnastics competition.
At Tekne Gymnastics we understand how early physical training has a proven impact on children’s development. It is our aim to teach in a fun, safe and nurturing environment that promotes confident, happy, young athletes. We take our craft very seriously as we know this is a really important time for our pupils.

This gym is about positive attitudes. From the "can do" approach toward all athletes to seeing the staff enthusiastically praise a gymnast when they get a new tumbling skill.
